Initially founded in 1994 with the establishment of Gillespie Development, Gillespie Group is lead by Patrick K. Gillespie who holds a degree from Michigan State University in “Building Construction Management”. Patrick also is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Michigan . In 2003, Patrick was the recipient of the Entrepreneurial Award for Construction presented by the Greater Lansing Business Monthly.

As a specialist in the Multi-Family industry, Gillespie Group boasts upwards of 1,300 luxury rental homes, and in excess of 136,000 square feet of Retail/Office space, with a continually growing portfolio through future phasing of both current and prospective developments.
